Wang Cailin: Born in April 1959, is a doctoral supervisor. He is currently the director and researcher of the Institute of Food Crops, Jiangsu Academy of Agricultural Sciences, and also a member of the executive expert group of the national rice industry technology system, and the chief expert of the Jiangsu Rice Research Cooperation Group.
